FS#674 - Fabla : nouvelle version GIT

Nouvelle version 1.3.2+20181120~git49e820d-0librazik1 pour fabla dispo dans testers.

Le seul changement est :
- Make MIDI note-off events trigger release : Note that this does mean when 2 voices are playing the same note/sample, and a note-off is received for that note, both voices will decay. This appears to be what the original code intended, but wouldn't you really want only the oldest voice to be released?

Retours bienvenus avant de le passer dans users.
