Comments from totalchaos on the LZK-4 release blogpost: In the link below, there is a nice Python-based alternative to monoBristol. The pybristol deb package works out-of-the-box on LZK4 https://launchpad.net/~adorablegnu/+archive/ubuntu/pybristol
I don't recommend the use of .deb packages not coming from LibraZiK or debian. I will try to make a clean LZK-4 package for pybristol soon.
A pybristol package in 1.0.33 version is available in the LABO.
Feedback welcomed before I push it to the USERS.
PS: it is expected that the launcher in the sound & video menu is not very well placed yet.
Seems to be working properly.
I have tried to load several synths and I was using jackd.
Same as Erwane, seems to works nicely. I'll test more deeper later (iirc, monobristol was crashing when changing parameters with some synths).
